Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm / 9:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support over the phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer receives a positive experience.
