Job Summary
Careerlink are hiring for an experienced Administrator in Oldbury, working for a leading parcel distribution company.

Start date: asap

Days: Monday-Friday (Temporary, ongoing work)

Working hours: 9am-5pm (30 minutes lunch)

Pay rate: £12.60 per hour increasing to £14.32 after 12 weeks

LOGISTICS HR ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS PREFERED

Location: Oldbury, B69

Responsibilities

  • General administration, including but not limited to:
  • employee absence admin (generating letters, creating packs, typing minutes, Booking meeting roles, updating systems),
  • Audio typing
  • Disciplinary & grievance admin
  • Booking hub tours
  • Email communication

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Competent computer skills, including typing proficiency and familiarity with various software applications.
